Hello

We are renting out products from our warehouse as a service for our customer. 
when the items are not rented out we charge a storage-fee per day the when the item is not rented out.

can odoo help keep track of the days the item is not rented out and create an invoice or task for me to charge the customer. Preferably sending an auto invoice each month with the collective amount for all items that are not rented out. 

(The challenge seems that when items are rented out i dont charge storage fee so odoo must calc days in stock only in different warehouses)
