Is there a way to send or receive a form (email or website) with a customer and have it stay within the current Helpdesk ticket?
We have a Technical Support Helpdesk where we will troubleshoot with the customer, if we end up needing to have it sent in for repair, we have a standard set questions we need answered to process the repair. I would like to keep the answers from this "Repair Form" in the same helpdesk ticket thread with the troubleshooting so my techs can read the full conversation all in one place. Is there a way to do this?
