I have configured helpdesk teams and auto-reply and and am using 365 for message relay, but I've noticed that there is a significant delay in the auto-reply email being sent.
e.g. I send an email to helpdesk, I can see in the logs that it is collected (roughly every 5 minutes) and a new ticket is created and I can reply to it from the web interface almost immediately and my reply will be sent (visible in the logs)
The "Helpdesk: Ticket Received" auto-reply will not be sent for nearly one hour. I can see in the logs when it is finally sent and I'm not able to see any earlier attempts.
How can this be configured to happen immediately?
